YOUR INFORMATION

Website & receptionist privacy.

When you ask us to contact you

We collect the name, business name, email, phone number, service interest, current tools, and message you submit. These are saved privately in Estly Operations so Andrew can respond to your request and discuss services.

The form asks for permission to email or call you about your request. It does not opt you into promotional updates, automated texts, or browser notifications. We use hosting and business software to process and store requests, and limited request counts to help prevent abuse.

The Ask Estly service guide

The guide on this website uses published service information to answer common questions. Questions you type remain in the page’s memory and clear when you reload or leave. This guide does not send your questions to an AI provider or save them to Estly’s servers. A contact request is submitted only when you complete and send the separate contact form.

Website check

When you submit a website address, we send the public page URL to Google PageSpeed Insights to run Lighthouse checks. Query strings and fragments are removed first. Google retrieves the page under its own policies. Scores and flagged checks are used to show service recommendations; they are not sent to an AI model.

Reports may be cached temporarily for up to 15 minutes. Hashed request identifiers and counts are held temporarily to limit abuse. We do not save reports to a customer database or collect an email address through this tool. Only submit public pages; do not enter private links or credentials.

Booking a meeting

The booking page loads Calendly to display available appointments. If you submitted our contact form in the same browser tab, your name and email may be kept in session storage for up to two hours to prefill the calendar. Calendly processes booking information under its own policies. You can also contact Andrew directly by email.

Website insights

Estly records page paths, referral websites, broad device categories and supported website interactions. A random identifier in session storage groups activity in a browser tab. We do not store full referral URLs, query strings or IP addresses in analytics records. Records are kept for up to 90 days. Visit counts represent browser sessions, not identified people. Analytics are skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Contact requests you explicitly submit are still saved so we can respond.

Browser preferences

Session storage remembers that you have seen the opening film within the current browser tab. The site uses hosted fonts and media to display the website. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, or private customer records into the contact form.

Estly Receptionist

Estly Receptionist is our invitation-only AI receptionist portal at app.estlystudio.com. We process the business details, approved answers, voice preferences, booking settings, and phone preferences you provide to prepare and operate your receptionist. Calls can produce caller contact details, transcripts, summaries, leads, appointment records, and callback notes. These records support your workspace dashboard and service delivery. If you choose a custom voice, we also process the voice sample you provide for that feature.

Hosting, calling, voice, and scheduling providers process the information needed to deliver the features you use. The calling service uses Retell; payment details are collected by Stripe through its hosted pages. The portal stores billing identifiers, authorizations, and usage records rather than full card details. Workspace access is limited by account authorization, with Estly owner access for setup, support, and administration.

When you connect Google Calendar

You choose whether to connect Google Calendar and authorize the requested permissions on Google's consent screen. We request your calendar list so you can select a calendar, availability information to find open appointment times, and event access to create and check appointments. Google's event permission can cover events on all calendars you can access; the receptionist uses the calendar selected in your workspace. This connection does not request Gmail or Google Drive access.

We retrieve calendar names and identifiers for selection, check busy periods on the selected calendar, and create appointments with the caller's name, email, optional phone number, appointment time, and time zone. We check the status of appointments made through the service so your dashboard can distinguish a request from a confirmed or canceled booking. Google may send invitations and updates to appointment attendees.

Available appointment times and booking confirmations are used in the receptionist conversation and may be processed by the calling and AI services that deliver it. The integration uses busy periods rather than reading the titles or descriptions of unrelated events to find availability. Selected calendar details, appointment identifiers and statuses, and scheduling preferences are stored in the protected workspace. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and used to maintain the connection while you are away.

We use Google user data to provide the scheduling features you authorize, not to sell it, target advertising, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Estly Receptionist's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and removing data

You can disconnect your calendar in the portal, which removes the stored calendar connection and its authorization tokens. You can also revoke Estly Receptionist's access from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not cancel appointments already created in Google Calendar or automatically delete your workspace's booking history.

The portal's Your data area lets you export workspace records, erase caller details, or request account deletion. Portal call transcripts and summaries are scheduled for removal after 30 days; that schedule does not automatically remove leads, booking history, billing records, or uploaded voice files. Recording retention and provider deletion are handled through the calling service, and unsettled usage can delay provider cleanup. Account deletion is coordinated by the Estly team across phone, billing, voice, and booking systems. Contact andrew@estlystudio.com for access, correction, deletion, or retention questions, including Google Calendar records. We retain records only as needed to provide the service, handle these requests, reconcile usage, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
