Estly Receptionist: your private workspace
Our invitation-only receptionist portal brings your setup and results together. Andrew invites your business, you share a few details and choose a voice, and your Estly team prepares the service. Your dashboard tracks calls, captured leads, appointment requests, and confirmed bookings.
With a supported booking connection, the receptionist can offer available times and create appointments. Google Calendar access is optional: you authorize the connection, choose the calendar, and set your appointment hours. Google authorization is currently limited to approved test accounts while public verification is being prepared. Other booking systems may require an API connection or setup by our team.

Calling and billing are activated after setup and review. Submitting a booking request alone does not reserve an appointment.
A first response built around your business
Customers often reach out while your team is helping someone else. A useful assistant can explain your services, collect the details your team needs, and guide the customer toward the right next step.
We start with the questions people actually ask: what you offer, how your process works, and how to arrange a conversation. Your approved information shapes the answers and the boundaries of the assistant.
- Answer common questions online or on the phone.
- Capture contact details and the reason for an inquiry.
- Guide appointment requests and share the appropriate booking route.
- Pass questions that need a person to your team.
Connect the conversation to the work
A conversation is more useful when the right person can act on it. We review how an inquiry should reach your team and whether your existing phone, calendar, CRM, or website tools support the connection.
Before agreeing on an integration, we check access, available features, and any separate software requirements. The proposed scope identifies what is connected, what remains manual, and who receives the handoff.
Plan, test, and hand over
- Map the conversation. Review common questions, approved answers, and the information you need to collect.
- Set the handoffs. Decide which requests the assistant can handle and which need your team.
- Test realistic situations. Check incomplete inquiries, questions outside the approved information, and booking requests before launch.
- Prepare your team. Explain how to update information, review inquiries, and take over when needed.
Common questions
Can this work with our existing tools?
We review your current phone, website, calendar, and CRM setup before confirming compatibility. Available integrations, permissions, and subscription requirements determine what can be connected.
What happens when the assistant cannot answer?
We define a handoff using the information you approve. Questions outside that scope can be directed to your team instead of answered from guesswork.
How is the project priced?
Andrew prepares a scope after understanding the channels, information, and integrations involved. The proposal sets out deliverables, timeline, support, and any separate software costs.
